We provide you with a dedicated project manager with 30 years of experience. Some customers prefer to be there own project manager, but this is extremely time-consuming as your would have to communicate with each individual contractor, designer, architect, and the various permitting offices.
M & O Ltd are best placed as your construction partner, and you have the final decision on all choices for your build or refurbishment. You only have to communicate with your lead builder who is effectively your dedicated project manager.

Consultation Process: We can advise you on requirements and considerations for planning permission, permitted development and building regulations. We highlight any construction details unique to your property and any specific requirements on fittings and finishes.
